Steps for enrollment

1- FILL OUT THE ENROLLMENT FORM
For insurance courses, you must have at least a Social Security Number and a Work Permit. For tax courses you do not need a Social Security Number, you can take the course for the whole USA.
2- MAKE THE PAYMENT
Our Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 8pm and Saturday from 10am to 2pm. If you enroll during these hours, we can process your enrollment within the same day. IF YOU REGISTER OUTSIDE THESE HOURS, YOU MUST WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
You will receive an email with the approval and welcome to your course and access to the online course.
IN ALL CASES -WITHOUT EXCEPTION- YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY PHONE TO VERIFY AND APPROVE YOUR ENROLLMENT.

This email is connected to the Dolphy inc account, so immediately you make your payment, the system will send us a text message. You are NOT CHARGED THE 4% that is charged by credit card.
If you have a PayPal account, it is a great option to make your payment. Just click on the credit and debit card button and enter the amount of money for the course.
If you wish to pay by credit or debit card this is the correct option. A detailed explanation of each course appears below. You will be charged a 4% card processing fee.
